Surfaced is an AI-powered lead generation tool that searches the live web and returns targeted company lists based on your criteria. The service is operated by Marble Digital, based in Slovakia.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Surfaced operates on a credit-based system. Each search consumes 1 credit. Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable. Credits do not expire. New accounts receive 1 free credit.
Search results are generated by AI and sourced from the live web. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all results are correct, complete, or up to date. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
You agree not to use Surfaced for spamming, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when contacting companies from your lead lists, including GDPR and anti-spam regulations.
Surfaced is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Marble Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for credits in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at kontakt@marble-digital.sk.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
